I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds super disappointing and annoying.
I haven't had one, but I hardly hear any good things about high efficiency washers. We definitely don't want one for ourselves because we read they're not great on really tough dirt and, with our homestead and Diego's work, we need a washer that's going to clean our clothes properly.

We had to switch because with the new laundry room, I needed to be able to stack the units

We had one for years and it sucked the whole time. They’re like a needy child always wanting attention. We finally got sick of working on that fancy HE front load and went back to a top load Maytag. Expensive, but worth it!

I feel gypped. I ate a couple jolly ranchers last night and they made the roof of my moth sore. I'm having trouble enjoying my coffee. Lesson learned!
