Kreetcha, what about pre-natal vitamins?

I ain't a Dr, just a 52 yr old that looks much younger (despite my bad habits) than her age and particular about her hair. But, I'd guess that unless you needed extra folic acid and iron, that prenatal vitamins are probably overkill.
