Which BYC member scares you?

I've already taken 4 tiny ticks off this year. Last year had several big ones including waking up at 4:00am feeling like someone was sticking a needle in my arm pit. After getting it off and killing it by squishing and flushing, I was left wondering what it had been doing for the last 8 hours. I found this in Walmart and was going to try to use it on bottom of pants, sleeves and gloves when I have to work in areas I know will have ticks. Can says you can use it on skin but don't plan to do that.
Anyone tried this or have comments on if it will be effective?

You can spray your clothes with permethrin and after it dries it's good for six weeks or up to six washes. Don't spray your undies but do spray your socks. I did all my clothes this weekend. Now they smell a bit like gasoline or mothballs, but it's fading. I don't even care. I'm tired of being a prisoner in my house because of these buggers.

It has not been all that long since I have went roller skating. I can say I have never fell so my ass bone is still intact

But, then I have never roller skated on my countertops either @tripletfeb
I got pretty good at roller skating on the counters! But that was back when parents weren't as scared of things as they are now. My mom would just spank us and move along with her day. It was worth the spanking, every time!

I have terrible balance and I aways sucked at roller skating. It was one of things I did to try and be a good sport because all my friends loved it. The last time I went I was skating down the street with my BFF and I wiped out pretty bad. A guy in a wheelchair saw and was laughing his butt off. I decided then and there that if the crippled guy was laughing at me, roller skating and I just weren't meant to be. 🤣
