I was referring to fast food joints, not going out to kill my own. My wife can definitely feed us with a home cooked meal for less than $10 per person. Most of the time that meal will feed her and the kids lunch for a day or 2 after.

Cook at home? It is SO much cheaper but a lot of people can't / won't cook any more.
(A friend told me that some of the high end homes they're building don't even have the kitchens installed.)

I always thought I would like to try being rich to see how I like it. I feel like lottery or striking oil is gonna be in the less than 1% range. My current state of affairs doesn’t show rich as one of my pending problems. I’ll probably be ok just wondering.

I... have a hard time picking a fast food place. I don't really care for most of them.

Arby's is good on some stuff. Long John Silvers too. Yeah.... that's about it.

Arby's has a lot of good things.
I haven't had Long John's in years, but then were surrounded by fresh seafood here. I THINK they have one in Baton Rouge.

We have one in like a 6 county+ radius. It's been there forever. I treasure it.

Girl! You HAVE to get down here and get some REAL seafood. Softshell crab po boys, broiled oysters, Gumbo, boiled crawfish. (I'll be back in a while.)
