Yes. Hence why I just clasp beforehand and go overhead now. I used to clasp in front and spin it around but that somehow twists it up or just doesn’t fit “right” when I do it that way and bothers me so I now do overhead.

This is the preferred method for the ladies I've been privileged to observe. Always seemed pretty smart to me.
