The beach cops are hot today. Twice already they've turned their sirens on tell them to come back closer to shore because two wavy out there or whatever.

Have never once in my life seen them do this before. Tell people to come back in.

Coastguards are those cops on the little boats. I think Kiki might be talking about life guards? Idk. Who knows with her.

Coastguards are the same thing as lifeguards over here, except we usually refer to the boat based ones as the coastguards. Both have the job of rescuing and warning people in the water.
