By the way, anchovies are also in ceasar salad dressing

Well good spices on it while it is cooking is good but sauce just take away from it.

BBQ sauce has its place though. Just not on a steak

Same, but sometimes no salt either. Just the no stick spray and meat. But I'm also horribly picky, so ....
