Mr muddy likes fermented habaneros on burgers or just a snack
He’s scaled back his sauces to a buffalo, fruity habanero (peach was this year flavor) and a super-hot base
I still have a box of his trial sauce menagerie from first year that we’re slowly using up

Mr muddy has had many of the available commercial sauces…..he really prefers the natural heat of homemade over the chemically sauces from extracts
