That better not happen. I think I would rather have Vaughn attack me then that egg to explode on me.

I had one blow up on the burn pile the other day. The smelly molten egg was not fun to scrape off my person.

I have trauma from my childhood involving marauding roosters. I'm really not looking to get attacked by poultry in general.

Roosters are way worse. They are faster. I've never talked a rooster down. Geese can be reasoned with.

That actually makes perfect sense.
When I went into the house to get the egg, the other three ran out. They didn't want to be in that in enclosed space with me.

A fellow pheasant breeder back in the day had a pond with an island. A pair of Canadians lived on it (geese not people) and while she was on eggs he could not go on it or the gander attacked him
