I don’t think I have ever seen a parade without one

I don't think I announce it but I do it all the time. So, here is my "one" time announcement that I "Bill" do skip, scan, jump, wave off, and outright ignore on the daily. Well, except for the day I am not on, but I will make up for it when I am, I promise.

And, I feel absolutely no guilt whatsoever.
