Dealt with another cray-cray at work this morning, and it's like, dang, they are multiplying! Humanity truly is doomed.

Going off grid and living the hermit life is more and more appealing by the hour...

If it’s under 100 degrees you are not allowed to complain about it being hot.

If it's at least 85F, sunny, and humid, then you're darned right that I'm going to be complaining that it's hot. If my chickens can go around panting and sprawling in their yard, then I can act like the puddle of melted sludge that I am in those conditions.

Why is it moving so much?! My toads just sit there like little pebbles

Mine pee on my hand and then fall spread-eagle when I yeet them into the nearest hydrangea as an instinctive reaction to becoming a chamber pot.
Or they tickle my hands open with their little toesies and death jump four feet to the ground by themselves.
Why is so much of the wildlife suicidal around here? First the deer, then the squirrels, the birds tackle windows like I tackle my siblings, and now the toads are attempting skydiving without parachutes. Even the gnats like to fly directly into my retinas and get blinked to death.
