Which BYC member scares you?

Portabello caps have a meaty texture so if you season them reasonably and use the other normal burger topping ingredients, you can get a decent facsimile.
It's not nearly as satisfying, though. I've had mushroom burgers before and while they taste fine since I like mushrooms, they just don't pack that protein punch and I'm hungry 45 minutes after I finish.
