A Thanksgiving dinner sandwich!

My mom makes what she calls Thanksgiving Day Casserole. Thrown together based on whatever leftovers were from Thanksgiving. Usually ending up being turkey, mashed potatoes, some kind of veggie, and just a little cranberry sauce.

It’s turkey, mashed potatoes, I think squash, gravy, and cranberry sauce. And mayo. Normally I would use stuffing instead of potatoes and squash but we had none and it actually wasn’t bad lol

Nothing wrong with it. Too much mayo though for me.

I could do without the sweet potato as well. I would prefer giblet gravy if going that route.

And, really, a thanksgiving turkey sandwich is fine with just the turkey for me on toasted bread

Red pepper large flake would be great on it. I put that on everything now days.
