I mean, it's not really all that friendly either judging by my tubb-o gut, but I don't have any dietary restrictions around it. And dinner was homemade chicken noodle soup. I knew the bird who went in the pot, and all the veggies came from sprouts. Can't get much healthier than that. Low sodium there too. Mrs. Dash to the rescue. I cook everything, and as much of it from scratch and basics as I can so I know what's in it. Is it all healthy? Heck no, I'm human and not above cheating. But everything in moderation.I'm happy you care.
