Yeah! I am so excited just to see him working on it. This thing is soooo dilapidated er, charming! It needs a lot of help and it's not our coop, so we have to strike that balance of making it nice and workable for the girls, without doing TOO much to change the character, (or spending too much $$.)

It used to be an old garage, this spot, and we just found a kinda cool old faded Gulf signage buried behind the insulation! So I think he wants to clear coat that part, and paint the rest. It will be an adventure seeing how this turns out!
