You said 16 years old? Question, has he shown you he's a boy? Reason I ask is that tortoise has basically no gulars and a 16 year old male should have fairly pronounced ones. And if he hasn't slung his junk out by now, "he" may be a "she".

Big Floppy!

I couldn't find it a couple of weeks ago but my kids were napping so I didn't want to go in their rooms looking for it so I ended up wearing a baseball cap to work outside. It was just not as good as a big floppy! I like that it shades my neck and shoulders as well as my face.
