Which BYC member scares you?

It can happen with cats as well as dogs and that doesn't make them mean. The one that bit me was a cat that we had already had for a long time. He was on top of another cat beating living hell out of it. It is a long story but the other cat was a family cat too but they were not familiar with each to keep it as short as possible. I was sitting right there and just reached down to stop him. That was not smart, I know 🤣 but I really did not expect him to do anything but stop. It was not a mean cat. But, he turned his head and bit me as deep as he could in a split second. I mean it sunk to his gum line. I did not let go and as soon as he saw it was me he just stopped everything completely. So, it worked but with a price. It hurt bad. Mine did not look like yours. Mine was just puncture wounds. But, I am telling you may wake up tomorrow with a "VERY" large hand and in a lot of pain and no use of it whatsoever. As I said in the earlier post I did not get it seen about. I should have. It was a long time before it was right again.

Anyway, it does not make the cat dangerous. **** happens sometimes and quick

But, if it is really bad tomorrow I still advise you to get it looked at

I have a crap ton. I just haven't really looked for any lately. You can hear them every night by the dozens at the ponds. Beautiful chorus here every night. Bulls, greens, pickerels, leopards, toads, gray trees, and in the spring - peepers.
I haven't seen or heard any here this year, which is weird, because there was always a ton. I think it might be because my stupid neighbors from the city emptied their temporary above-ground pool into a ditch between our properties where the frogs always lay their eggs. The chlorine must have killed everything in there.

We adopted her from a reputable shelter. She has all her shots and a clean bill of health. Really the concern is just whatever bacteria was in her mouth when she bit me.
Well they are butt lickers even if they're vaxxed:sick
Also, I agree with you on keeping the cat. Mine would've done the same thing. Some of them bite me (softly) for the fun of it, but even others who wouldn't lay their teeth on me would probably bite the crap out of me if I was holding them while they were scared.
