A. Jar.
(And maybe a slightly damp paper towel, a warm cupboard, and plenty of time. I waited almost 3 months for the thing to hatch.)

I don't they come to me. Well mostly. I just step in

Some of them the wire simply goes under the door. I do have to say it puts out a jolt. I've mistakenly tested it before
I'm weedeating now so thats clippings along the bottom. I come back with a brush and clean the lower wires.
