Which BYC member scares you?

So I have lots of zucchini and want to get creative. I've done bread, relish, stuffed, fried, roasted.. any other ideas?
Make a casserole with it and onions sliced and cut up smoked sausage (I like triangles from circles cut like an x ) with Tony chacheres mixed together then put Italian bread crumbs on top and bake.
