Yes that's what I'm talking about. You won't be high or anything, but you'll be addicted.
I had major withdrawals from gluten, but my joints, skin, stomach, and even my mental clarity have all improved since going gluten free. I also dropped 15lbs of retained water and no longer struggle with bloating.
If you went to the store 50 years ago and picked up a can of soup it would probably have zero gluten in it, but that's not the case nowadays. I think after they found out about the affect it has they started putting it in more foods. Wheat, rye, and barley are probably really good for you before they genetically modify, spray, process, and enrich it.

Can you guys help me. I have 9 EE's 2 of them have been fighting like cockerels. One has turned all black and has some pretty feathering. When can you tell if they are roosters and what do I look for their pea combs are just a little developed but still hard to tell. They are 6 weeks old. I cant get great photos from the side because they are afraid of the phone lol. And why does one of my birds honk lol 🤣
All look like pullets. Post updated pics at 8 weeks.

Just eat better forms of it if you don't want to let it go. Sourdough bread is a great way to eat it. Don't go for the whole grain crap they try to sell you, the whole grain form has more lectins in it (gluten is very similar to lectins which are an antinutrient that contribute significantly to leaky gut, brain fog, and bloat.)
You can reduce lectin content by soaking, pressure cooking, or fermenting gluten and other grains.
