I have ate a lot of gator and some tasted like chicken, some didn't, most was good. However, one time was bad and it tasted like I think s**t should taste.

Actually, the restaurant in the Bass Pro Shop, or at least the one in Spanish Fork Alabama has the best I have ever ate. Really really good
