I have no idea what their cousin is called. It looks exactly like a stinkbug, but they don't fart when threatened. I think the green ones are squash bugs?

Adult squash bugs are brown and look a lot like stinkers. Let me see if I can get a photo

They're more slender than a stinker. Is this what you were thinking of?

I just Googled them, apparently ours are green and brown marmorated stink bugs? But they don't stink? I am always finding them inside the house, and I just leave them be because they don't seem to cause any problems. And the kids like to watch them.
