We were always restricted to the dollar menu as kids since there were so many of us. I haven't had them in years but I always thought the fries and McChicken sandwiches were awesome.

The fires are one thing they do right. They're top 2 or 3 fast food fries for me. Maybe even number one.

#1 when done right. Especially when they’re salted to perfection and not stale or cold.

That pretty much goes for any good potato though…I think McD’s breakfast hash browns suck compared to most DIY hash browns and dine-in restaurants.

I like the spicy McChickens. The Crispy Chickens were unedible. I haven't eaten a hamburger from there in 30-40 years.

It lasted about half an hour. If it would have been longer, that's fine. I don't have to worry about heat with a wood burner and gas heater in our mudroom

We had a Rally's in the town I grew up in. Tried it 2x and was not impressed either time. Maybe that franchise just sucked, but it def didn't stand up to mickey-d's fries.

I think Rally's operates as Checkers here. Probably been 30 years since eating from them. No complaints other than the no nutritional value that applies to any fast food.
