Seriously. My husband likes the idea of a lot of manual things like a flour mill or a coffee grinder or a butter churn...
But I told him, very nicely, those things weren't going to happen unless they were electric.

I've literally, never had any of that happen before. And I've been freezing salted butter, in the original container, for years

You can make small batches just by shaking the cream in a little Tupperware container for like 5 minutes at room temp.
