I didn't call you out on it. I don't mind the teasing, was just confused at firstJust poking fun at spelling- I got caught for the same mistake a few days back somewhere.
Hypocrisy at its finest.
I had to look my post up for context. But I'm so bad at quoting. I'll quote the post but forget to insert it in my replyI really should multi-quote from now on...
Watched it today while folding laundry. "Storybook Love" is my ringtone on my phone for when my husband calls, it was our wedding song. And when the credits rolled, I had a helluva time finding my phone to answer the call, only to realize it was the movieI watched it last week, by myself, just because.
I don't mind all that. But letting the fire go out, waiting for it to cool and emptying out the ashes are not fun for me. I love my wood stove. Oh, um, actually it's a fireplace insert. Practically the same thing I guess?I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love the heat. I hate starting and feeding it.
We have a Lucy cat! She's only half Siamese and not this pretty. But we do love her.
Lol. Round ice?
Our fireplace works great, and we bucked about 20 trees this past year. We're good for a couple of years. But a pellet stove is on our radar.Ever thought of a pellet stove?
Isn't that just a general description of Canada's geography? In the snow, uphill.
Practically the same, yes. Wood burners tend to be free standing, on feet. Not always on feet but tend to be. I have the insert too. I grew up with a wood burner though, free standing on feet. It was huge. My mom used to heat up milk on it for hot chocolate, we thought that was so fancy growing up. We never had to wait for it to cool down to clean it out. The ashes fell through a grate into a pan underneath. We just had to empty that pan into our garden, had to wear special gloves to do it. The worst part was if it was windy and the wind would blow the ash into our faceI don't mind all that. But letting the fire go out, waiting for it to cool and emptying out the ashes are not fun for me. I love my wood stove. Oh, um, actually it's a fireplace insert. Practically the same thing I guess?
