The one thing about England that's better than the US is that their citizens know what to do with a roundabout. I swear it's like blinkers become uninvented whenever a car gets within 50 yards of a roundabout here. Can't tell where the damn thing is going while you're waiting to enter.

We know what to do with them. Bulldoze them and put a 4way stop or a light. It's effete lawmakers trying to be like the dying cultures in Europe that keep insisting we use them.
Generally you signal when you enter and when you're approaching your exit, not during the entire loop. I don't remember exactly how the brits had it figured out because I wasn't driving but it was pretty slick.

just signal when you come to your exit from the roundabout. not much different than making any other kind of turn.
