I'm a cynic. I believe in giving everyone enough rope to hang themselves with, regardless of the standard equipment they were issued at birth. Conversely, I believe in rewarding hard work and creativity based on individual merit, and again, standard issue equipment doesn't matter. The women on my staff are leaders, brilliant prroblem solvers, and among the top earners in their respective roles. I'm a strong subscriber to the philosophy of the aristocracy of talent as a great equalizer.
