Where did dinosaurs come from? And is there really proof they ever existed, has anyone ever seen a dinosaur with their own eyes? Anyone? Bones can be made into what you want them to be.

The thought that God created the dinosaur bones to make us believe in evolution is even more absurd then the thought that God exists in the first place IMO. There is scientific evidence that birds evolved from reptiles, and that dinosaurs did exist so many million years ago. I'm sorry, but that is more proof to me then a book.

I'm not saying one couldn't possibly exist (I'm not completely Atheist), I'm just saying I don't think anyone has seen one with their own eyes. I just don't believe the whole "I SAW GOD!111one!" thing. I just don't.

How can you even be sure they are dinosaur bones? It's only an "educated" or maybe "scientific" guess. There isn't scientific evidence, there are bones. Bones and computers and people call it scientific evidence. If there is scientific evidence that birds evolved from reptiles, why aren't reptiles still turning into birds today? I'm not saying there weren't dinosaurs, and I'm not saying there were.

I second this. I won't believe in a god (or gods) until I see him/her/them with my own eyes, or if my spirituality goes a bit further (I'm considering going a bit more Pagan than I already am). And until then I will rely upon physical evidence.

If you want me to explain and justify my God, you explain and justify your science that you say proves he doesn't exist, first. I don't want an argument either, just a nice debate. Well, Moses did. And I realize you can come back with a perfectly good come-back to that, I'm just saying. I don't believe it when people say their near-death experiences when they "saw God" or "saw a light" or "saw the other side" and came back, personally I think that's just absurd. If they really got that close to Heaven and saw it, they wouldn't be coming back, in my opinion. Has anyone ever seen a dinosaur with their own eyes? I've never seen you with my own eyes.

How can I be sure? Well, for starters, they have dug them up. Its not a guess, its hard evidence that you can hold in your hands. They can study the structure of a dinosaur and compare it to a bird. Archaeopteryx, (a Jurassic bird) and Deinonychus, (a theropod) are very similar. They have also found remains of reptiles with the beginnings of feathers.

My point is that neither science, nor religion can completely explain everything. I prefere to place my beliefs in something I can see, or touch. Not blindly in faith, which I cannot prove exists, or doesn't.

Alright, I've never seen any of you here with my own eyes. I don't believe you exist. If everything evolved from something else, why aren't they still evolving today? Why aren't humans evolving into something else? If birds came from reptiles, why aren't they all turning into something else?

You may not have seen Zinnia or me, but we are having a conversation. Its not just you talking into thin air and hoping that maybe, just maybe there is someone listening to you. I don't need to see a real dinosaur to believe they exist (I'd rather not actually lol) but there are bones and fossils as proof that they were once on the earth.
