Hi everyone i need help (again)!!! My brother has decided after looking at me and mine he wants chickens he is only 9 but he has passed the test with my mum and dad and they say ok because he proven he can look after them by looking after my light sussex for two months!

But now he needs to choose a breed and this becomes tricky because this is his standards!!!
wants them to go broody a lot,

wants a lot of eggs,
wants them to have a range of colours so he can miake a project out of them,
and finally he wants them to be lap-dogs!

He likes the look of the pekins and buff orpingtons to give you an idea. but could you give him and me some ideas of chickens please!!!

Thanks
James.

P.s pics please so he can look at them!

silkies stay broody all summer, come in all colors, can be lap dogs (even if you haven't messed with them the first few months of life). Now with any breed, if they are broody, you aint getting eggs, but silkies do lay good.
They have black skin, blue earlobes, 5 toes, feathered legs/feet, crest, and their feathers look like cat hair (my kids love them)
