Has the better market. In other words which one could you see people buying. I live in a pretty big Agricultural community but there is also a good population of more "Urban people". Im thinking about getting some quail. I have it narrow down to really 2 breeds.

I want to sell eggs and birds locally and some eggs online. And each of those two has it's ups and downs. The buttons are small but more for the pet and egg buisness. The Cortunix are pretty small but more for the meat and egg buisness. Which would you rather do? And which is more profitable?
