Has anybody tried that horseradish mayo they have at the dollar store? We tried it once just to see if it was any good...went back a week later and bought up 6 more bottles.

Miracle Whip has a tangy flavor that I enjoy, whereas Mayo is a tasteless lubricant designed to make bread go down easily. Ick.

It just depends on the person and there taste buds. I think mayo gives stuff a creamy flavor and makes sandwiches moist. While miracle whip has a nasty sweet flavor, I dont know about you but I dont like sweet sandwiches

Although I've eaten it plenty of times, MW is just too sweet/fake tasting for me, being a mayo person. Homemade mayo is the way to go for me, and so quick & easy & fresh and can be flavored any way I want. YUM.
