Which fancy chickens should I add?

I have Serama (even white frizzled ones). While we have fairly mild winters here in Oregon, we do get a week of temperatures that drop down to 12 degrees. I have had no problems with my Seramas with winter.

I also have large fowl + bantam Polish (again some frizzled). They are quite dear, but much more impractical. With their crests they seem to be unable to detect when its raining and always look like wretched, wet little rag dolls. I do appreciate them, but am going to move them out of my flock.

My recommendation is to get Brabanters. They are showy, sweet and smart. They are respectable layers of large, white eggs.
