which grain(s) to feed in addition to layer pellets? meat birds and layers

I feed all my birds layer pellets $10 for a 50lb bag mixed with the same ammount of oats and spelts then I add a smaller ammount of corn and sunflower seeds $15 for a 50lb bag. I dont know the price on the oats spelts and corn cause my grandpa grows and harvests it himself and I get as much as I need from him. My birds love this mixture, and I also like to sprout the oats corn sunflower seeds and spelts they love that aswell.
