Which hay for my rabbits?

Last BOSS I bought at TSC was $14.99/40#bag then $1 coupon off for wildbird seed= $13.99/40#.

BUT DH was out there the other day and said it is now $15.99/40#bag SO it has gone up like the Flock Raiser. And one person recently wanted Fresh Brown Eggs for $2/dozen.

Will have to see if I can find a tarp that is not in use....the alfalfa bale is in my wagon from TSC that I use to haul things around the yard. I can pull it into the chicken run if I have to but if the wind is blowing it will still get wet since we have not put up plastic yet. We may freeze in a few nights.

Oh my! That's a price change! I didn't know BOSS would be so expensive!

I'm sure the chickens wouldn't mind if you put the hay in their run

timothy hay is the best but we add fresh cabbage leaves,turnip greens and clover

LOL. Meant to put grain, but typed Green instead.

Just didn't put the acronym together I guess.

I have fed BOSS then. It worked great. Irt was much better than oats.

I can get BOSS for 7.99 for a 50lb bag.

Walmart was where I bought last. I think it was marked for deer.

Also there's a hardware store here that sells its bird seeds for real cheap.

we only use timothy hay... bought anywhere. i think "hertz" is the brand.
