Which heating pad do you use for brooder?

I'm reading all the threads, but can't figure out what heating pad to use for the Mama Heating Pad (MHP) method. I don't want to use the heat lamp.

I think most of us use this one because it has the stay on feature.

I think the Sunbeam one is the only commonly available one that doesn't have a shut off. I have some old no name (ok, brand is Kaz) pad without a shut off but I doubt they still make the model I have.
