which heritage turkey breed for meat?

I have a huge family and we love turkey. I need a big turkey breed, that's gentle (cause of the children) and can reproduce with out artificial insemination (hope I spelled that correctly). I am okay with crosses, but I want it to look like the big black turkeys in the history books LOL does that make sense? Any suggestions?

Standard bronzes! They breed naturally and look the part of what your looking for. I’ve had the broad breasted bronzes. Loved them but the standard bronze is the next best thing with same coloring that naturally breed.
