Which incubator do you recommend to others??? and why???

For a small affordable (to some) bator, hands down hovabator 1588 with a turner. All I do is add a little water every other day.

If you check into Dickey Incubators, they are made better and basically the same set up, and a little cheaper. I hope to get one within the year.

I go with what I know, we have 2 sportsmans that have hatched over a thousand eggs last year. Chicks, turkey poults, ducklings, guineas, goslings. They run about 6 months a year non stop.

For quality and value, less hassle with temp swings, humidity problems, I'm saving up for a Dickey Incubator...this guy makes them by hand - one at a time. And compared to all the money you give for styro, then buy another styro because one isn't big enough....you are almost at the price of a Dickey Incubator @ $540.

Well, I'm hoping this 1588 I have will do me well as I only plan on using it once or twice a year.

We'll see how I do.

I am using that same one right now. Hope they hatch, I keep getting up in the morning finding the temp droped to 98-99....we'll see on Monday!
