Which is a better layer?

Are standard cochins or bantam cochins better layers? I'm assuming the standard will lay a bigger egg?

Bantam cochins dont lay very big eggs as far as other bantam breeds. And they dont seem to lay that often either. I dont know about standards.

My standards lay a med-lg egg but they only lay about 3 per week.

Thanks. I like the standards because they can be sexed as day olds, but then I like smaller chickens so I was thinking about bantam... Thanks again for all your input!

OK how do you sex standard cochins at a day old? Vent sex?
