They're both Chinese junk, so you'll get what you pay for. Invest in a Brinsea and you will be happier.

Notice how the shape of each is exactly the same, just different color plastic? I'd bet the parts are the same. Take a look under "Reviews" here. There are moderately priced ones with good feedback.
