I was wondering, Do yall like plucking or skinning your birds better?

If we are going to cook the bird whole we pluck - you want the skin on so the bird doesn't dry out when cooking.

The ones we plan to cut up we skin - it goes much much faster.

Plucking gives you a more versitile bird for eating, but skinning is easier.

I skin cuz it is easier and never liked the skin to eat! Mine don't dry out when I cook them...eat enough wild game that I know how to keep it from drying out
