Which is more durable, recycled paper or foam egg cartons?

Our RSL are laying gigantic eggs that can't be sold in our standard recycled paper cartons. I'd like to buy some jumbo cartons so I can sell those eggs, and have a deposit on those cartons since I'll be buying a small number of them and will need them to come back to us. Since the cartons will be used many times each, which should I order, paper or foam? I'm not selling the jumbos to the store, just to friends, so there probably won't be a customer preference problem.

You can wash the foam ones. Not so with the paper.

I agree. I use only foam cartons.
