I for sure thought one of my chicks was going to be a rooster the whole time she was growing. She was incredibly fast to mature and she was the first to lay an egg! Haha! I hope yours all turn out to be pullets as well! šŸ¤ž

Some do, depends on what breeds are used to make them. If Marans are the dark brown egg parent, then they usually do. If Welsummer are used, then they do not.
I have had both types.:)
