Get the one that has the straightest back (not sloping downward) this is very important. And the tail is very important, the one with the most feathers that fan out and some nice long sickle feathers that form an upside down u shape.
A nice rounded chest and a necck that is curved a little and a nice sweet rounded head. A pretty face. Round,Kind eyes. And 5 points on the comb plus the back protruding point thing. (the comb will have five points and then an additional point that goes kinda backwards.)
Important:If any of them have a tail that they carry to the side, get rid of immediately. If any of the females carry their tail to the side get rid of them too.
Prioritize: Combs are important. Backs and tails are important. If he doesnt have a perfectly full tail it can be overcome by breeding to females with very full tails. Try to get the straitest back possible ( not that the back is flat straight but that the back is at the same heighth from the ground at the shoulders as it is at the base of the tail. Combs should be close to perfectly straight, but get one that has the right amount of points.
Kind of a nice curvy shape to the bird all around except the back must not slope downward, although where the back meets the tail it has a nice little rounded wide u shape going into the tail. No tails that stick up too far and over the back, just a nice rounded transition from back to tail.
ETA:Get one as close as you can to this look.
