I'm a Nirvana fan myself. They are considered "grunge" rock not rock, but that's my choice.

Has Creed or metallica put out anything in the last decade? Lately blue october, cage the elephant, vincent's black shadow, hendrix and santana have been in rotation, but the play list changes monthly. I'm still iffy on flyleaf, first few times it's good, but it overplays fast.

Most of the new rock sucks, but Nickelback puts out some good songs I actually like listening to!

I am still stuck in the 80's though....no current bands will ever be better than AC/DC, Def Leppard, Motley Crue etc. in my opinion.
