If they are all the same brand, they are probably the same feed, just in different forms.
In my experience, my chickens like crumbles best.

And yes, what you have labeled "medium" here is the texture most will eat most readily.

My girls do not like the meal (powder form) unless I moisten it . They prefer the crumble.

My chicks get chick starter from 0 to about 18 weeks and that food is the same size as the medium in your picture. At laying age, around 18-20 weeks they switch to layer feed which is in pellet form like the large in your picture. I'm not sure what the nutritional value/ingredients are in your chicken feed in India but they look a lot more yellow than our feed. The layer pellets by Purina are a greenish color.
