You can only really sex guineas by the noise they make, males will have larger wattles. But voice sexing is the 100% way of knowing who’s male and who’s female.
Males will make a “chin chin chin” sound
And females will make a “buck wheat” sound.

Male guinea noise

Female guinea noise
Yes and thank you. I can recognise it from their nosie but I bought these two yesterday and they are not making any sound. I bought it as a hens but they are not making Guinea female sounds.

They are not making any sound. Maybe new to my place or maybe nervous. I have 5 more Guinea fowl and I can clearly tell their gender by looks and sound too.

You can tell by their wattles. The male will have a cupped wattle and the female will have a flat wattle. Their helmet is also larger than the females. The female can make the same sounds as the male, she will mainly call the two syllable sound but at times will make the Chi chi chi sound.

What are mine look like? Male or female from the above pic.
