I, personally, would not keep #3. That bird has some major flaws. Really to be honest, I wouldn't breed from any of them. If your goal is to breed birds that won't have DQ's or major defects, these birds are not going to be good to build a foundation on. You could probably quite easily find some *much* better birds to work with for minimal expense. If that is completely out of the question, keep birds #1 and #2.
