Which polish are girls?

Hi my FFA advisor ordered 4 white crested black polish. They are around 5-6 weeks and we are not able to tell which ones are the girls. They are very picture shy. To help identify them in the pictures use this guide:
1. Largest crest
2. Tiny crest
3. Wet (covered in poo) crest
4. Second largest crest.

To me it looks like #2 is a pullet, I can’t see a comb and it has a small crest. #1 looks like a cockerel with the large crest and more prominent comb and wattles. Not sure on the other two.
