I just started this thread to learn about turkeys but if anyone is interesting maybe they can make a longer list.
We know chickens, quail and guineas are all at risk when it comes to coyotes, bobcats and raccoons but what about other poultry or other predators? Will a raccoon attempt to kill a full grown 40 pound tom turkey? I'd like to get some but I hear they sleep where they please. The only risky predator around here are raccoons and very very rarely I will see a coyote.
