Which Rooster Do I Keep?

Out of 6 "Pullet" Easter Eggers, 4 turned out to be roos. There are two I definately don't mind parting with as they are a little on the mean side. My question is: do I keep the most dominate who is fairly agressive to my hens or the one who seems to be more mild and much more tame. I am fond of the mild one as he will eat out of my hand and sit in my lap but I am wondering if the more aggressive roo will protect the flock any better than the others?

Generally the greatest 'protection'that a rooster provides is as an alarm system. Why not keep the rooster that you like best?
